I don’t know about you, but I’m growing rather weary of conversation about the virus. I’m missing group activity and I don’t see anything offered which I’m jazzed about for the fall . I have an idea to bring together a small circle of women. A circle gathering which will include some gentle movement or at least some inspired exercises (nothing terribly challenging or athletic ) and a chance to share.
Please bring a pen, journal, yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, and a mask.
We will physically distance for the circle and we will keep our numbers of participants at 10 people.
Out door meeting spot in Dundas to be determined, and weather permitting.
